- Request Twilio through desk support at cru@ucalgary.ca
- REDCap Administrators will enable Twilio. Please provide a Twilio Account SID, Twilio Auth Token, & Twilio phone number.
- You will receive notification that Twilio is enabled.
- Twilio SMS and Voice Call services box will appear in the Project Set-up Tab
