A: E-mail address
B: Participant Identifier
C: Record ID
D: Yes/No response to an invitation being sent.
E: Yes/No/Partial response indicates the invited participant's survey progress
F: Survey access provides a return code for a participant
G: Survey link is the link to a specific survey. Will start with the initial survey if another survey is not selected.
H: Survey queue link provides the link that sends participants to the list of surveys open for them to complete.
