Answer

  1. We don’t provide anything for external users 
  2. If AHS staff there is our APPROACH DEMO version but you will require details of how to access as well as a username and password.

What is there to do if the CARAT PDF icon is not showing in the patient summary page?

Answer: In the patient event Open CARAT and edit the comment (like add a space or a period) then select the Save CARAT or Save CARAT & Complete case menu option. Give it a few seconds then, return to the patient summary page and see id the CARAT PDF icon is there. If this doesn’t work then, raise a request using Approach Service Desk (help.approach.org) or send an email to support@approach.org.  If you have already submitted a ticket, but have not received a response after a few business days, please feel free to call the support line 780-407-7504.

Can I browse Approach in multiple tabs?

Answer: No because there would be issues with concurrency

What can you do if the demographic box is empty when you open the CARAT diagram?


Answer: To fix this issue, 2.0 directory should be deleted. The steps to delete the directory are:

1. Use Windows Explorer to navigate to "C:\Users\[logged on username]\AppData\Local\Apps\" as in the following snap

2. Delete the directory 2.0.

But the directory 2.0 may not be visible because of the view settings. The directory can be made visible changing Folder Options setting as in the following snap:
