How do I pull an e-mail or phone number into the Manage Survey Participants Tool?
E-mails can be manually pulled into REDCap.
1. Creating a variable that is validated as an e-mail field.
2. Next, go to Project Setup, under Enable optional modules and customizations, click on Enable next to the option that reads Designate an email field to use for invitations to survey participants.
3. You'll be able to select the e-mail field that works best as the primary contact e-mail.
4. Go to Manage Survey Participants and select the Participants List tab. Your emails should display in the Participant List. And / Or in the Compose Survey Invitations Tool
Note: If Twilio Text Messaging is enabled the same process will work for Phone Numbers.
