How can survey respondents submit multiple instances of a repeating instrument?

The use of Repeating Forms allows respondents to submit multiple instances of a survey during a single Event.

How do I set it up?

On the Project Setup Page, enable Repeating Forms for your project. Select Modify and then select the instruments you wish to repeat.

In the Online Designer, click on the instrument you have just set to repeat then Select Survey Settings. Scroll toward the bottom under Survey Termination Options and place a check beside (Optional) Allow respondents to repeat the survey. From there, you can set custom text for the button as well as the location of the button on the survey.

Survey respondents will now see a button towards the bottom of the survey (depending on which location setting you chose) with your text instructing them to optionally complete another instance of the survey.
