How do I view the data in my project?

Log into REDCap at: https://redcap.cru.ucalgary.ca/

Then under the My Projects tab, select the project that you want to review. 

There are several ways to view data in REDCap. Here are two basic but different ways. 

View a Data Table and Export to Excel

1. Go to Data Exports reports and Stats

2. View Reports:

3. This will display a view of your data and will also allow you to Export to Excel

4. This will display a view of your data and will also allow you to Export to Excel

How to see the data in a form view one record at a time  

1. Open your project, Select Record Status Dashboard

2. Click on the circle to display each record

3. Then it will display the graphical version of each response which is easier to read 

4. And you can use this view to display and review responses.
