How do I get a Public QR Code?

1. Go to Survey Distribution Tools


2. Select the Survey Access Code or QR Code


3. Use the Snip tool (a Microsoft Windows tool to take screenshot of the screen and edit it) to crop the QR Code


4. Save the QR Code as an image
