Requesting CHI's MyCap
Any user with Project Design and Setup rights can request and setup MyCap. To request MyCap in your project, go to the Project Setup page. Under “Main project settings” click ‘Enable’ beside the option “Use the MyCap participant-facing mobile app?”.
A pop up message will appear indicating that a request must be sent to a REDCap Administrator in order to enable MyCap. Click ‘Send request to enable MyCap’
After the request is sent, a REDCap administrator will review the request and enable MyCap in the project.
