What is there to do if the CARAT PDF icon is not showing in the patient summary page?

Answer: In the patient event Open CARAT and edit the comment (like add a space or a period) then select the Save CARAT or Save CARAT & Complete case menu option. Give it a few seconds then, return to the patient summary page and see id the CARAT PDF icon is there. If this doesn’t work then, raise a request using Approach Service Desk (help.approach.org) or send an email to support@approach.org.  If you have already submitted a ticket, but have not received a response after a few business days, please feel free to call the support line 780-407-7504(Note - please have your ticket number, ASD-####, handy in case the service desk operator asks for it).
