REDCap User accounts will be created within 2-3 business days.
To maintain and respect the privacy of our clients, our REDCap administrators are not able to see any client passwords.
Once you have a REDCap account, you can access the REDCap interface, FAQ & Help questions, and Video Tutorials.
As a REDCap user, you will only be able to see and access your project and will not have access to any other projects for which you are not authorized to access.
REDCap administrators cannot and will not be able to add any account add user accounts to a particular research study as the only project administrators can grant access to their project.
