How to create a Datapull Request

This guide explains how APPROACH customers can submit a Datapull Request.

Step-by-step guide

1. Download the Datapull Request Excel form from this page (DataPull Request Form - v1.0 - blank.xlsx)
2. Fill out the form with the fields that need to be pulled
   1. each data element required
   2. the module and page location in the APPROACH application where the data element can be viewed
   3. any conditions or filters required
   4. the required date range for the datapull
