Logging in to an existing REDCap account





  • If you can not log into CRU REDCap account, follow the below steps

    • Step 1: Be sure that, you are entering your right username and password

    • Step 2: If still not able to log in, please reach out for technical support through  e-mail the support desk at cru@ucalgary.ca

    • Step 3: If you don't have a CRU REDCap account, please click "Get access to the new REDCap."



  • If you logged in to the account and were not able to see your project.

    • Once you have a CRU REDCap account, your PI/project administrator can grant you user rights to view and/or edit the projects you need to access. 



  • If you can not log in sometime

    • CRU REDCap may undergo offline maintenance sometimes without notification. You will not be able to log into your REDCap account during that time, nor will participants be able to take REDCap surveys. We apologize for the inconvenience, but it is important to keep our REDCap instance up to date and secure!
