To start using the CRU’s validated REDCap platform, you must request a new user account.

Please take the following into consideration
REDCap User accounts will be created within 2-3 business days.
To maintain and respect the privacy of our clients, our REDCap administrators are not able to see any client passwords.
Once you have a REDCap account, you can access the REDCap interface, FAQ & Help questions, and Video Tutorials.
As a REDCap user, you will only be able to see and access your project and will not have access to any other projects for which you are not authorized to access.
REDCap administrators cannot add user accounts to a particular research study. Contact your PI/project administrator to be added as a user to a project.
The CRU does not add users to individual projects.
After project creation, user access is controlled by study staff. Learn how here.
