Adding a user to your project

To be added to your project, a user must already have a REDCap account
Click here to learn how to create a new user account

In the User Rights page, type the user’s name or username into the textbox highlighted above. A search will appear to help find the username.

Once the user is found, click their name to fill the box with their username and click ‘+ Add with custom rights’

After their privileges have been assigned, click ‘Add user’. Learn more about the user privileges here.

The user does not have an account in REDCap
