A project in production had additional checks in place to ensure data is not lost or erased. As a result, changing the project’s design or setup is more difficult.

Always move to production before using the project to collect real data

Move to Production

  1. Go to the Project Setup page

  2. At the bottom, click ‘Move project to production’

  4. Decide whether to keep the existing data. Click ‘YES, Move to Production Status’
