Logging into REDCap

Log in with your username and password at https://redcap.ucalgary.ca/

Two-Step Verification

Once you log in, you will be prompted to complete two-step verification.

To enable the SMS, Phone, or Authenticator app options, log in to REDCap and visit the Home page or My Profile page. Click Profile in the top right corner to edit your user profile to include phone numbers or set up an authenticator app.

Login Troubleshooting

I know my username, but forgot my password

Click the Forgot your password? link on the login page. An email will be sent to the primary email address listed in your user profile with a link to set a new password.

I don’t know my username

I don’t have a login

I logged in, but I don’t have access to my project

A list of the projects you have access to can be found on the My Projects page. Once you have a CHI REDCap account, your PI/project administrator can add you as a user to the project.

If REDCap is undergoing maintenance, a message will appear after logging in, and you will not be able to access any projects. We do our best to notify our users of maintenance outages ahead of time and apologize for the inconvenience, but it is important to keep our REDCap instance up to date and secure!
